Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Manage early/late arrivals and walk-ins with professional service.
• Promote M life enrollment and benefits to guests.
• Handle guest charges, payments, and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
