MGM Resorts International is hiring a Front Desk Clerk at The Signature in Las Vegas. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests. The role emphasizes security, guest privacy, and a seamless guest experience in a dynamic resort environment.

Starting rate is $19.00 hourly, with varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Previous face-to-face guest service and resort experience are preferred, and wellness and discount

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Past guest service experience, especially face-to-face interactions, is preferred.
• A resort or hotel environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Manage billing transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits when possible.
• Maintain security, privacy, and accurate posting of charges.
• Balance cash and cash equivalents per property procedures.
