Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver memorable service at check-in and check-out.
• Manage arrivals, departures, walk-ins and special requests with professionalism.
• Encourage MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Process payments and balance cash and cash equivalents per procedures.
