Job summary

Qualifications

Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
Strong customer-relations skills with a guest-focused mindset.
Experience with cashiering and basic accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and assist with check-in/check-out.
Set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences and handle payments.
Provide information on hotel services, local attractions and restaurant hours.
Resolve guest issues promptly and coordinate with management for service recovery.
Maintain security of keys and confidentiality of guest information.
Work with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
