Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries with a focus on exceptional service. The position is property-based with shift-based scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience and knowledge of PMS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Handle reservations using PMS and input guest details accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
• Support front office operations and coordinate with housekeeping.
