Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests and assist with inquiries and directions in a hotel, hospital, or casino setting. The role requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and a calm, helpful demeanor.

Shifts are typically Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and 12pm–8pm, with a straightforward daily routine and emphasis on guest experience and safety procedures. Training will cover disaster codes and facility information.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• One to three month(s) related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English language; basic computer skills; ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests to the hotel, hospital or casino and local areas in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assists with guest inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely; uses company salutation.
• Demonstrates willingness to assist others and monitors emergencies with priority-based response.
• Provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; maintains confidentiality of patient and business information.
• Reports accidents and incidents per procedures; follows disaster codes and response plans.
