Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Parking Concierge to provide a warm greeting to self-parking guests and assist with directions and usage of all equipment. You will help guests, input and verify information, and ensure accurate revenue collection at the location.

The role requires delivering exceptional guest service, following procedures for cash handling, and using payment terminals and gates efficiently throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with directions, facility information, and parking instructions.
• Identify and collect revenue; process payments via cash, credit, or billing; complete shift reports.
• Operate equipment including registers, gates and payment terminals, and maintain accurate records.
