Responsibilities include assisting VIP guests, handling payments, safeguarding guest data, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process. The position requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and time management in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Basic computer skills deemed sufficient for daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition on arrival
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities
• Assist VIPs to rooms and manage check-in before arrival
• Answer phones promptly and direct questions as needed
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII and follow data handling procedures
• Obtain IDs and payment methods during check-in/out
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives
