Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Front Desk operations, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. The position is full-time in a welcoming, employee-focused environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and assembles welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist or transfer calls.
• Manage issued bank and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow check-in/out procedures.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
