Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth arrival experience. This role requires a helpful, detail-oriented approach and a focus on hospitality.

The position supports front desk operations, phone etiquette, and guest inquiries while maintaining a clean, organized lobby and adherence to cash-handling procedures. Join a team oriented toward growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct questions as needed.
• Handle cash, count bank at start/end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures when handling guest data (PPI).
• Adhere to check-in/check-out protocols and collect ID and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
