Qualifications

• Minimum one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition on arrival
• Reviews arrival lists and assists with welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check-ins prior to arrival
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report cash over/shorts
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy procedures
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect IDs and payments
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives
