Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling requests, and delivering superior service across all touchpoints while maintaining front desk operations.

You will assist with check-in/check-out, manage phone inquiries, and ensure the security of guest information. A proactive, service-driven approach and strong communication are essential for success at our property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide personal recognition.
• Answer the phone within three rings and assist or transfer as needed.
• Count and secure cash, report any over/shorts per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with lobby activation.
• Protect guest PII data and follow check-in/check-out procedures with ID and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries and perform other duties as assigned.
