Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and services in-store. You will support the Experience Manager and drive service and retail sales while maintaining exceptional guest service and a welcoming environment.

The role requires learning salon services, product knowledge and proprietary booking systems, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior guest-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS, Apple devices and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet Ulta Beauty guests in-store and salon areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges professionally.
• Manage the services booking system and guest records, and support salon traffic flow.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, safety standards and procedures.
