Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and store services, both in person and by phone, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support management, handle bookings, and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest journey.

In this role you’ll contribute to meeting service and sales goals while upholding Ulta Beauty's standards, dress code, and safety guidelines. Training and development will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with POS systems and service booking systems.
• Strong sales, products, and service knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over the phone.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Support service providers with appointments and bookings.
• Promote promotions and events to grow services and sales.
• Maintain store, salon, and restroom cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in trainings and meetings for professional development.
