Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Manage bookings for salon services and events using the scheduling tools.
• Provide exceptional guest service, address concerns, and support overall store operations.
• Assist in achieving service and retail sales goals and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends and promotions to advise guests effectively.
• Support team by coordinating with managers, stylists, and skin therapists as needed.
