Job summary

Aloft Nola is seeking a personable Guest Services Agent to welcome guests and support front desk operations in New Orleans. You will handle check-in/out, respond to inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping, and ensure a positive stay experience.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This position is on-site with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
