Evolution Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent in New Orleans to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures at our Historic New Orleans hotel. You’ll be the face of the guest experience, coordinating reservations and requests with precision while keeping the lobby running smoothly.

We seek individuals with a high school diploma, hospitality exposure, and familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized guest service and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and reservations efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with financial details and maintain organized front desk processes.
