Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at Front Desk per standards.
• Operate PBX console and uphold hotel standards.
• Answer questions about services, hours, and local attractions.
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail, and messages.
• Balance and close shift paperwork per standards.
• Promote and market hotel promotions and guest programs.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with safe deposit boxes.
