Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and deliver exceptional service at the New Orleans property. You will manage reservations, answer questions, and coordinate with hotel teams to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma is required, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Positive, upbeat personality with outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and problem-solve for internal and external customers.
• Clear communication of information and ideas.
• Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Strong numeric and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Familiarity with hospitality terminology and hotel products.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
• Handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Provide information on hotel services, hours, and local attractions.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and operate hotel front desk systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Deliver items to guests and assist with requests as needed.
• Support safety and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
