The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a professional demeanor to uphold excellent guest service standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Handle payments, issue invoices, and manage billing inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation data and guest information.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Perform administrative duties and keep front desk organized.
