Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation is essential.
• Basic accounting skills and familiarity with hospitality practices preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, calculators, phones and office equipment required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out; verify reservations and inform about services and policies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and respond to emails promptly.
• Manage room/service reservations, cancellations, and data entry.
• Assist guests with requests, provide local information, and resolve issues courteously.
• Perform administrative duties and keep the front desk organized.
• Monitor access, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at shift end.
• Multitask across guest needs, calls, inquiries, and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and management for smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff as needed.
