Job summary

Soho House & Co. in Miami Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to assist with check-ins for members and hotel guests, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across services including gym, spa, and workspace.

You will balance cash, process folios, and coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction. The role rewards hospitality, proactivity, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer service role.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Familiar with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and/or Opera.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for members, guests and staff with top-notch service.
• Perform concierge duties: booking cars, tickets, restaurant and spa reservations.
• Answer emails and inquiries; print/scan documents for hotel guests.
• Know hours and coordinate with departments to adjust workflows.
• Process folios, billing, receipts, disputes and lost cards securely.
• Discuss amenities, room types, rates and availability to upsell.
• Coordinate with valet/bell staff for luggage storage.
• Participate in daily shift briefings with the team.
