Job summary

The D is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out, assist with reservations, and provide information about the property and local attractions. You will greet guests by name, handle payments, and ensure inventory and room readiness meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests, team members and management.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Follow company, department and Gaming Control Board rules.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to build relationships with guests and team.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice Company Service Standards at all times.
• Accurately creating reservations and checking guests in and out.
• Operate terminal and perform machine maintenance, including issuing keys and keeping area clean.
• Address guests by name and answer questions reflecting understanding of department and property.
• Assist supervisors in identifying guests with special needs to protect assets and provide best service.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain Front and Back of House areas and report supply shortages.
