Job summary

The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service by checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and providing information about hotel services. You will assist guests to ensure a seamless experience and address needs throughout the stay.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service. You must be able to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Accurately creating reservations and checking guests in and out.
• Operate terminal and perform machine maintenance, including issuing keys and keeping area clean.
• Answer guests using their name and provide information about the property.
• Assist supervisors in identifying guests with special needs to ensure assets and service.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain front and back of house areas and communicate shortages.
