Qualifications

• Communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments with ease.
• Problem-solving to turn issues into memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; extra languages are a plus but not required.
• Literate and tech-savvy with reading, writing, basic math and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma; a college/university degree is a bonus but not essential.
• At least one year in a front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm welcome that starts a memorable guest experience.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Handle bookings, up-selling, and inform guests about ways to enhance their stay.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out with IDs, keys, and safety deposits as needed.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns promptly.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate to management when necessary.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the brand.
• Keep up-to-date with events and activities for the day.
