Job summary

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and tech savvy; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Fluency in local language; additional languages a plus.
• Basic math, reading and computer literacy required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum one year in a front desk or guest service role.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
