Fairfield Inn Huntsville is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, and maintain a cheerful, professional demeanor across shifts.

You will handle guest requests, assist with reservations, operate the switchboard, and ensure secure handling of cash and payments while keeping the lobby area welcoming and well-stocked with coffee and amenities.

Competenze

• Experience in hotels or a comparable service industry dealing with customers.
• Experience with a PMS system is a plus.

Mansioni

• Checks guests in and out in a cheerful, friendly manner, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Operates telephone switchboard professionally and efficiently, receives and transfers calls, takes guest messages thoroughly and accurately.
• Observes cash handling procedures and manages cash drawer and card transactions for the shift.
• Takes and records advance reservations accurately and confirms requests.
• Maintains a clean and organized lobby and front desk area including restocking coffee and amenities.
