Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator in Elk Grove, CA to engage guests and promote services through in-store and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and the services team, driving service and retail sales, managing the booking system, and delivering a 360° guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer salon phone calls, resolve guest concerns, manage booking system.
• Promote services and current promotions to guests.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and in-store events.
• Maintain guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards.
• Deliver a 360° guest experience and uphold policies.
