Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote services, both over the phone and in-store, supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. The role focuses on service/retail sales, guest experience, and adherence to procedures.

The position requires passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and products. This is a full-time on-site role in Elk Grove, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, skincare, and sales areas.
• Manage salon booking, guest records, and traffic flow; handle inquiries.
