Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team with salon bookings, guest records and store traffic flow.
• Promote promotions and events, inviting guests to try services and products.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
