Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon and store services, and drive sales both in-store and by phone.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, ensuring a 360° guest experience and adherence to company standards. The role emphasizes servicing guests, booking appointments, managing guest records, and collaborating with stylists and skin professionals to grow the business.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Mansioni

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Handle bookings, sales, returns, and guest records with accuracy.
• Support service providers and drive add-on services to meet sales goals.
• Maintain store, salon, and service area cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
