Job summary

Intuit is seeking a hospitality-focused, in-person Customer Advisor for our Seattle-area TurboTax retail presence. You will warmly greet visitors, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right service within the TurboTax network. This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes a premium, welcoming experience.

You will act as a host and navigator, resolving questions, supporting customers end-to-end, and embodying Intuit's brand through thoughtful service and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, setting a welcoming tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert within the network.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience with clear, personal touchpoints.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was effective.
