Job summary

Highgate Hotels, at Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing occupancy. You will staff the front desk, answer guest inquiries, and apply hotel promotions to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, etc.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist guests with safekeeping needs.
