Hyatt Vacation Ownership is hiring a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners/guests with villa check-in, amenities, and local activities. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure memorable stays across properties.

You will greet guests, explain room features, and follow up on requests while maintaining professional, caring service that aligns with our inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities, hours and local activities.
• Listen and respond to questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and access (keys, ice/vending areas) and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer calls and route to proper departments as applicable.
• Assist with bellman/runner duties as needed by location.
• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and maintain professional interactions.
• Contribute to team goals and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
