Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them into villas, explain amenities, and coordinate with teams to fulfill requests. The role requires availability for weekends and holidays and offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas and reviews amenities, services, hours of operations and local activities.
• Responds to guests' questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features to guests (key use, ice/vending areas).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answers telephone calls and routes them to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
• Greet guests and anticipate their needs to ensure a smooth experience.
