Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Responds to guest questions and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features and guidance on using keys, ice, vending, etc.
• Follows up to ensure guest requests are met.
• Answers calls and routes to the correct department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties.
