Responsibilities

Elevate guest journey with personalized greetings and attentive service.
Serve as central information hub connecting guests to resources and teams.
Register visitors, manage badges, and track facility data and tickets.
Support physical security and badge onboarding/off-boarding processes.
Assist with onsite events, arrivals, and guest check-ins.
Meet KPIs and assist with facility management tasks as needed.
