Job summary

JLL in Maynard, MA is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to be the face of hospitality excellence, warmly welcoming guests and supporting arrivals, departures and office orientations. You will collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, pair services to needs, and maintain security and access procedures while representing a professional, service‑minded front desk presence.

This temp-to-perm role requires travel between MA locations and a first shift 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to travel 20-25% between three MA locations.
• Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background and excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Physical ability to walk between sites and stand for extended periods while maintaining professional presence.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and ensure elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with arrivals, departures and office orientations.
• Maintain visible engagement and provide exceptional customer service across the lobby.
• Pair services to guests' needs and build connections with local contacts and events.
• Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with catering and facilities teams to prepare conference rooms and amenities.
• Manage building access and security protocols and provide wayfinding guidance.
• Support meetings and reception duties and assist with related duties as needed.
