Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-arrival VIP experiences and preferences.
• Communicate with VIPs before arrival to confirm details and arrange bespoke requests.
• Liaise with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B for VIP arrivals.
• Oversee VIP arrival plans including airport transfers and room readiness.
• Provide VIP concierge services (dining, spa, bespoke experiences).
• Handle special requests and bespoke services.
• Build relationships with repeat VIP guests and acknowledge milestones.
• Personalize guest experiences from room setup to amenities.
• Manage emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback.
• Prepare and send the Weekly VIP Report.
• Perform other duties as required.
