Job summary

SPS is seeking a Concierge Associate in Austin, TX to be the face of the workplace, delivering a warm, polished experience for guests, clients and colleagues. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; reports to Client Services Supervisor or Manager.

You will welcome guests, manage visitor registration and meetings, and serve as the primary front‑of‑office contact. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and elevate the overall workplace experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presence with a service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach.
• Manage visitor registration, check-ins, and meeting coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for front-of-office needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services.
• Utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently.
