STATION Austin is the heart of Texas' startup community, welcoming guests, members, and visitors to a fast-paced, vibrant hub. The on-site Guest Services role is the friendly anchor of the experience, greeting everyone with a smile and helping guests navigate events, memberships, and opportunities.

As part of the Workplace Team, you’ll assist with the gift shop, rotations, mail duties, data entry, and stock upkeep, while staying flexible for evening events and seasonal hours.

Qualifications

• Must be available for part-time onsite hours 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; additional seasonal hours possible.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly, proactive, and professional.
• Comfortable guiding guests and handling basic questions about STATION Austin, memberships, sponsorships and events.

Responsabilités

• Greet every visitor promptly with a smile.
• Help guests find members, events, or contacts using platform tools.
• Escort guests to their destinations and provide elevator directions.
• Assist with mail duties and inventory in the gift shop.
• Support the Workplace Team with stocking and data entry.
• Provide backup to other roles during short-staffing periods.
• Encourage member and visitor engagement by making introductions.
