Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a polished Concierge to serve as the first contact for clients, guests, and vendors, delivering a professional, welcoming front desk experience and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

As the face of SPS offices, the Concierge supports reception and office services, creating a smooth day-to-day operation, greeting visitors, managing guest passes, and answering calls to ensure a seamless experience with a 5-star service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced front desk environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Check in visitors and create guest passes in accordance with security procedures
• Maintain a polished and organized front desk and lobby environment
• Assist clients with escorting guests as needed
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide clear and helpful information to visitors and employees
• Provide general office services support as needed
• Assist with administrative and workplace tasks to support daily operations
• Maintain a high level of service across all touchpoints
