• Ability to train Associates on front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Coach Associates on personalizing customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assist with POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate priorities effectively to management and Associates.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partner with Management on training needs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
