• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety awareness; supports shrink reduction goals.
