Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and follow procedures for cash handling.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures and standards.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Participate in safety programs and labor policy adherence.
• Assist in shrink reduction efforts and other duties as assigned.
