• Oversee Associates and ensure loyalty program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean store.
• Communicate priorities clearly to Management and staff.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
