Sardi’s in Maryland is seeking Customer Experience Ambassadors to warmly greet guests and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

You will upsell products, guide guests through the lobby and store, answer questions, and help ensure a safe, clean dining area while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!
• Answer the phone in a friendly matter
• Accurately answer guest’s questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
