Job summary

Sardi's in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to warmly greet guests, guide them through the lobby, and assist with in-store and pickup orders.

As the first point of contact, you will upsell products with enthusiasm, provide friendly service, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, enjoyable visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
• Guide our guests through the lobby (Lobby, restrooms, pickup orders)
• Host our Guests: make them feel comfortable and visit enjoyable
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guest questions
• Handle and resolve difficult situations
• Say farewell: thank guests and invite them to return
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and security of guests and team
• Practice food safety procedures
