Job summary

Sardi's is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador to greet guests, provide exceptional service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere in our lobby. You will be the first point of contact and assist customers with questions, orders, and directions while maintaining a neat and inviting space.

This role emphasizes upselling, teamwork, and thoughtful hospitality. You will handle phone inquiries, guide guests through the store, ensure food safety practices, and help deliver a memorable dining

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to upsell products and explain offerings clearly.
• Excellent communication and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell products.
• Guide guests through the lobby and store (restrooms, pick-up orders, in-store orders).
• Host guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Accurately answer guests’ questions.
• Handle and resolve difficult situations.
• Say farewell and invite guests to return.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of guests and team members.
• Follow food safety procedures.
