Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products.
• Guide guests through the lobby, restrooms, pick-up order areas, and in-store orders.
• Host guests and make their visit enjoyable.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Accurately answer guests' questions.
• Be able to handle and solve difficult situations.
• Say farewell and invite guests to return.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of guests and team members.
• Practice food safety procedures.
